The College Board does not claim ownership of the User Content that is posted or shared within the Community. However, the College Board owns the copyright to the Community as a whole, and by submitting, posting or displaying User Content on or through the Community, you acknowledge that the College Board has the right to archive and use the content in connection with and to further the Community activities. The College Board's right to archive and use the content as set forth above will terminate when such User Content is deleted from the Community. If the College Board wishes to use User Content outside the purview of the Community, the College Board will contact the owner of the User Content to obtain permission, and authorship will be formally attributed to the User prior to its use.
By submitting resources and/ or discussion posts you acknowledge that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents for images, video, and content that have not been created or is not owned by you. In addition, you understand that all User Content posted in the Community can be accessed and used by other Users. You are solely responsible for protecting your Content and communicating to other Users how your content may be used both inside and outside of the Community. As such, we encourage Users to place a copyright notice and/or other ‘use' instructions directly on the shared resources.
